BRADLEY LATINO – While attending law school at Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Latino honed his legal research and writing skills as a research assistant, first for the New Jersey Chapter of the Appleseed Public Interest Law Center, a non-partisan, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation charged with identifying and addressing issues unique to local communities, then for the Office of the New Jersey Federal Public Defender.
Upon earning his Juris Doctorate with an emphasis on Health Law, Mr. Latino held a clerkship position in the Criminal Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson County, under the Hon. Paul M. After completing his clerkship, Mr. Latino began his career in the private practice of law with a New Jersey boutique size law firm specializing in insurance and family law where he gained in and out of court litigation experience. In 2015, Mr. Latino became Of Counsel to Kelly Law, P.C., where he remains involved in litigation from start to finish, including pre-suit strategy, discovery and motion practice, trial preparation and prosecution.
