Employment / Non-Compete Agreements


The success or failure of many businesses is sometimes based upon the employees who fill important roles within the company.

The talents of these critical employees can include exceptional industry knowledge; specialty trade experience; exceptional people skills; or otherwise. Employers who identify such employees and recognize the benefits these employees may bring to the company usually offer incentives to retain those employees.
